4. AI processing

Your prompts and uploaded files are sent to our AI provider to generate responses. We do not sell your conversations. Please do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information you do not want processed by an AI model.

5. Service providers

We use trusted third parties to run Snappy, including cloud hosting, database, and AI model providers. They process data only on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and conversation data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your conversations at any time, and you can request deletion of your account by contacting us.
