Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Snappy ("the app", "the service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Snappy is an AI assistant that helps you generate code, apps, websites, and programs. Output is generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deciding whether to use any output.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We allow one free account per network to prevent abuse; creating multiple accounts to bypass limits is not allowed.

4. Credits and payments

• Using Snappy consumes credits. Chatting and building each cost a set number of credits shown in the app.
• Free accounts include a limited number of starter credits.
• You can buy more credits or subscribe to a monthly plan. Prices are shown in the billing page.
• Payments are processed manually via Revolut or PayPal. Credits are added after your payment is confirmed by an admin.
• Credits and payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused monthly credits may not roll over.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Snappy to:

• Create malware, illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or infringing content.
• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Resell or misrepresent the service as your own without permission.

We may refuse requests, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these terms.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the files and prompts you submit and, to the extent permitted by law, of the output generated for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snappy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Snappy at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or for operational reasons.
