1. Who we are
Snappy is operated by snappy (the "seller", "we", "us"). Our order process for card payments is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for those orders and handles billing and refunds on our behalf.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be happy with Snappy. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to credit top-ups and subscription payments made by card through Paddle.
3. How to request a refund
Refunds for card payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order details from your payment receipt email, or contact us at Socailcachs@gmail.com and we will help arrange it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
4. Manual payments (Revolut / PayPal)
Where you pay manually via Revolut or PayPal instead of card checkout, the same 30-day refund period applies. Contact us at Socailcachs@gmail.com with your payment details and we will process eligible refunds to the account you paid from.
5. Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer law.
